The pursuit of excellence is the most important goal of the company, which is why we submit all of our products to continuous quality checks. The production practices that we follow are in line with the company´s commitment to food safety and traceability. These controls are applied from the moment of capture of the fish by boat, to the reception of the fish in our facilities, in all processes of preparation and at the time of loading the fish onto trucks for distribution. These quality controls allow us to conduct rapid stabilization of the fish in order to extend its life and optimize its quality.
During the unloading of fish from other ports, our quality department verifies that the cold chain has not been interrupted in transit by the temperature data loggers installed in the refrigerated trucks. All of our fish are subjected to various control checks: parasite control, temperature control, and freshness control, so that the fish will be brought to our customers in the optimal condition for sale.
